Shipping

We ship 1st class UK mail to UK destinations. For overseas we normally use DHL.

Insurance - We don't normally insure small items but for more expensive items we recommend insuring the items, especially for overseas shipments.

Returns

We will refund in full all items we have shipped incorrectly. If you have ordered the wrong parts we will still refund the cost of the part but not the postage. Packaging - if you have opened the packaging we may charge a small amount as the item can only be used as a service part. Please check before opening packaging.

Electrical items - we offer no refund on electrical parts - as the fault that broke the original item may have damaged the new item.

Special orders

Where we have to order a part as a one off special order i.e. an exhaust system we may request a deposit in advance.
